Regform 1.3.1 — Smarter Checkout, Stronger Conditional Logic
We've been busy squashing bugs and polishing the registration experience. Here's what's new and improved in Regform 1.3.1.
New Features
Custom Stripe statement descriptors
You can now control what appears on your registrants' credit card statements. Set a custom suffix at the form level in your Stripe settings — by default, it uses your form name. Clearer statements mean fewer "what is this charge?" emails and fewer disputes.
Improvements
Smarter multi-attendee checkout
Item quantities now has inventory counts and validates correctly accounts for items already in the cart, so registrants see accurate availability every step of the way.
Accurate response counts for invoice payments
Forms with invoice-paid registrations now show the correct response count in your list view, so you always know exactly how many registrations you have at a glance.
Buyer email everywhere you need it
The buyer's email now appears on both the response list view and the response detail view, making it easier to identify and follow up with registrants.
Easier item selection
You can now click anywhere on an item to select it — no more aiming for the radio button. We've also added a pointer cursor on hover so it's clear what's clickable.
Fixes
Session capacity and invoice registrations
Sessions with capacity limits now update their registered count immediately when an attendee completes an invoice checkout, preventing overbooking.
Conditional logic
We've fixed several issues with skip-step and jump-to-step logic:
- Skip-step conditions based on item selection now work as expected
- Item selection conditions are now evaluated when registrants click Next, rather than the moment an item is clicked
- Jump-to-step no longer causes form refresh or text entry issues on later steps
Post-submission editing
The edit registration experience got a major tune-up:
- Fields now correctly retain their saved values when registrants return to edit
- Sub-forms tied to item selections now appear properly in edit mode
- Registrants now see a clear confirmation when their changes are saved
- Fields hidden by conditional logic during the original submission are now available when editing later
- Fixed a typing issue affecting email fields on the edit link
Cart mode cleanup
Form fields now clear properly after "Add to Cart," so each new registration starts fresh. We also fixed a visual glitch where the address field text size increased on repeat submissions.
Organization switching
Your selected organization now stays put when you open a form, and the Events list refreshes immediately when you switch organizations — no more re-clicking to see your data.
Sign-in fixes
Resolved a "page not found" error some users encountered on login, restored the missing logo on the sign-in page, and fixed Google Places address autocomplete.
Typing fixes
The data store integration key field no longer loses focus between keystrokes.
